Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on the specifics of each order. Typically, we dispatch orders within 7 to 10 business days for deliveries within India. The goods are expected to deliver within 30 days.
Please note:
Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST on Fridays or Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday, excluding major holidays.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly.
Factors Beyond Control
Please be aware that sometimes delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays by our courier partners due to weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates depend on the product's size, volume, packaging, and destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be displayed during checkout when you provide the shipping address.
Quality Assurance
All our products undergo a thorough quality check and are packaged securely to prevent tampering. If you receive a package that appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, take photos of the tampered or damaged area, do not sign for the package, and return it to the carrier. Accepting such a package may be considered as receiving the product in good condition.
Multiple Products
If your order includes multiple products with different dispatch dates, they will be shipped as one shipment once all products are ready. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, WhatsApp, or text message containing the tracking number of your package. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the PIN code and a contact number. If you reside in a remote area or a location not serviced by regular couriers, please contact us at care@gharano.com with your complete mailing address and order details. We will make arrangements for a suitable service to deliver your product. Please note that some carriers may apply additional charges for deliveries to remote areas, and we will inform you of these charges before delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we process a refund, any shipping costs, import duties, levies, payment gateway charges, and currency conversion fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best service.
